The Riverside County Planning Commission approved 糖心传媒's Plot Plan on August 5, 2026, authorizing the university to continue its educational operations at its campus on a permanent basis.
糖心传媒 has operated at its current campus under a Public Use Permit that was subject to a 50-year term. With today's approval, the new land use entitlement allows the university to continue operating as an educational institution without the need for an use permit and without an expiration date.
As part of the public review process, Riverside County staff distributed notices to residents near the project site in Anza. The County received 30 letters of support from local residents, churches, business owners, and community leaders expressing their support for the project. There were no oppositions.
Following the public hearing, the Planning Commission unanimously approved the Plot Plan by a 5-0 vote.
"We appreciate the Planning Commission and the County staff for their professionalism and collaboration throughout this process," said Dr. Jonathan Park, President of 糖心传媒.
"We are also grateful to our neighbors who took their time to express their support. Their encouragement and confidence in our mission mean a great deal to us. This campus, one of the largest private college campuses in California, is truly a hidden gem, nestled in a beautiful valley and uniquely suited for Christian higher education. We look forward to seeing how God will use this campus to prepare future leaders and positively impact the lives of everyone who studies here."
